EU DELIVERIES & Brexit
Customs Duty/Tax
Due to Brexit we are currently experiencing duty tax being applied to our shipments within the EU. We are currently co-ordinating the logistics around this and will hopefully resume normal shipping methods soon. If you still wish to place an order customs duty will be payable and due at delivery.
Covid-19
Our COVID-19 Protocols
As a certified food production business, the team at Nourished are taking the rising threat of COVID-19 extremely seriously. As our top priority is the health of our customers and employees, it is important to us that we continue to make high impact nutrition to help protect the nation’s immunity. In order to do this, we have implemented the following measures; 1. All team members are required to complete health screening questionnaire and have a temperature reading taken before entering Nourished HQ |
2. Any team member with coronavirus symptoms will be required to self-isolate at home (we currently don’t have any cases).
3. Masks, hand sanitizer and gloves are already used in our facility as normal practice but we have reiterated hand washing protocols and introduced additional anti viral cleaning products into the work flow for each member of the food production team.
4. Food production areas are being routinely deep cleaned with anti viral cleaners and high temperature washing mechanics.
5. Private controlled transport has been arranged for all staff to prevent any risk of confirmation from the use of public transport
6. Food deliveries have been arranged to Nourished HQ to ensure the teams on site have clean and safe food supply while at work
7. All external meetings and non-essential business travel has been postponed
8. All visitor appointments to site have been postponed 9. Isolated independent childcare services have been arranged and will be provided as needed for team members 10. All team are taking their Nourished to help protect their immunity!

UK and International Delivery during Covid-19
Our normal delivery advice is to allow 7 working days to receive your Nourished box but due to the limitations set in place because of COVID-19 and demand we may start to experience delays within the UK and International deliveries. We will keep you updated if we experience any significant delays and will try to deliver your Nourished stacks as soon as we can.

New Orders
How do I place my order?
On our website, you can choose to take our lifestyle quiz, create your own Nourished stack or choose from our pre-blend life stacks. Add your creations to your basket and when you have completed your order, simply 'go to checkout'.
Can I amend my order?
Due to the personalisation of our stacks we print on demand. If you need to make any amendments for new customer orders please contact us at customerlove@get-nourished.com within 30 minutes of your order being placed!
We are very speedy at printing your Nourishments!
For existing subscriptions and renewal orders please advise of changes or cancellations to your orders 2 days before your next order is due to be processed
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard and Apple pay
Order confirmation and receipts
Once you have placed an order you will be emailed a receipt to your registered email address, there will also be an option to print a VAT receipt after you have completed the purchase.
Your order confirmation will include details of your order, billing and shipping address.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the personalisation of the products we are unable to offer exchanges, returns or refunds on all products. All items are made to order and are sent via an automated production facility.

Subscription & Recurring Orders
How does your subscription work?
We will take payment every 28 days from your chosen payment method.
Subscriptions will auto renew every 28 days to make sure Nourishment's are uninterrupted, unless you make any amendments to your subscription.
To stop your subscription from renewing or to see how long you have left until your renewal, check your account here or contact customerlove@get-nourished.com

Can I cancel my subscription?
You can pause or cancel your subscription anytime up to 48 hours before your next order is processed.

How many vitamins and boxes are included within my chosen subscription?
Each Nourished box contains 28 stacks, our monthly boxes will be shipped to you every 28 days. Our annual subscription offers includes 13 boxes shipped every 28 days to ensure you are completely Nourished throughout your subscription. |
Can I return/exchange an item or get a refund?

How is my Nourished stack made?
We 3D print all of our stacks, to order, using our special patented** technology, read more about our creations and printers on our blog here

Appearance of your stacks
All of our stacks are printed on demand. They can sometimes differ in appearance and colouring depending on the ingredients used and crop. Our printers work on a rotation, which means each layer will appear in a different position in each stack.

How often should I take them and when is the best time of day to take my stacks?
We recommend that you only consume one Nourished stack per day. There is no guidance on when to take them, it's totally up to you! Although if you do have energy boosting nourishment's, it might be best to take them in the morning!
What happens if I eat more than one stack?
We do not recommend for you to consume more than one stack at any one time. We understand they can be very tasty, but over consumption may result in a laxative effect.
What is the shelf life of the stacks?
Our stacks have a shelf life of 12 months. All of our personalised orders are printed on demand. |
Where do you source your ingredients from?
We spent time making sure all of our ingredients are naturally sourced, vegan and all from UK suppliers. |
How long until I see the benefits of taking my Nourished stacks daily?

Can I have a different coating on my stacks?
We now offer 3 different coatings on the stacks - Sweet, Sour and Blackcurrant flavour. You can choose your flavour upon ordering your stack or if you would like to make a change please reach out to our team at customerlove@get-nourished.com

We would always recommend that if you have any health conditions, concerns or take any prescription medication to always consult with a doctor before taking any vitamins or supplements. |
Pregnancy & Breastfeeding
We would always recommend that before taking any vitamins or supplements whilst pregnant or breastfeeding to consult with your medical practitioner before consumption. Vitamin A is not recommended to be consumed whilst pregnant or breastfeeding. |
Do they contain sugar?
Our Nourished stacks are coated with erythritol which gives the stack a sweet taste. It also contains maltitol within the pectin gel formulation, but is most definitely sugar free
Do they contain allergens?
All of our products are Allergen Free.

Are they Gluten and Lactose Free?
Yes, we do not contain any Gluten or Lactose within our stacks
What are the macronutrients and calories of the stacks?
Each 11g stack contains: -

Fat- 0g
I have a restrictive diet, are they suitable?
Our pectin based encapsulation formula is 100% vegan, allergen free, Halal and Kosher friendly. All of our active ingredients are also sourced from high quality whole food and vegan sources.
Side Effects
It is very unusual to receive side effects from our natural ingredients, however if you do have an adverse reaction please discontinue use and consult with a medical professional.
Supplements must not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle.

Due to our production system, please be aware that the name printed on the packaging is the name used for shipping NOT the name used within the quiz.

Our packaging
We really do believe in helping our planet. During our search it was really important for us to have plastic free solution for our packaging. We finally found it here in the midlands, so it also has a very small carbon footprint ! Our individual packaging is made from Wood Pulp and all of our packaging is fully recyclable & home compostable. They can be added into your recycling bins, composted into your gardens or even added to landfill, our packaging biodegrades naturally within 40 weeks. |

Our customer data is super important to us at Nourished. We do not sell or pass your data to any third party outside of Remedy Health in the normal course of business, unless that third party requires the data to provide you with your order for delivery, or if it is required to do so by law. We store your data on our secure systems and customers can request a data update, a copy of their information, and that their account or data held by Remedy Health is deleted permanently, in line with the 2018 General Data Protection Regulation. Please email us at customerlove@get-nourished.com with your request for you 'right of deletion'. Deletion of personal details will take place within 30 Calendar days
