How does my subscription work?
Our subscription products renew every 28 days from your chosen payment method. All subscription products will auto renew until cancellation is made via our team at customerlove@get-nourished.com or our online accounts.
All cancellations are to be made 24 hours before your subscription is due to renew. Any cancellations or amendments after this time will apply to your next Nourished order.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions can be cancelled anytime up to 24 hours before your next order is processed.
Login into your online account, head to subscriptions. On each subscription you will have the option to cancel. Submit the form and our customer love team will confirm the change has been made to your account.
Alternatively please reach out to our team at customerlove@get-nourished.com who will be happy to make any amendments to your account
Can I make changes to my stacks?
Changes can be made to your nourishments and coating option with any personalised subscription.
Head over to your account page to make changes. If you do have any issues, please contact customerlove@get-nourished.com.
Please note, any changes need to be made 24 hours before the next recurring order is due to process.
Can I delay my subscription?
Subscriptions can be amended anytime up to 24 hours before your next order is processed.
Login to your online account, go to subscriptions. On each subscription you will have the option to delay your next order for 1, 2 or 3 months. Submit the form and our customer love team will confirm the change has been made to your account.
Alternatively please reach out to our team at customerlove@get-nourished.com who will be happy to make any amendments to your account.
Can I change the date of my monthly subscription?
Subscriptions can be amended anytime up to 24 hours before your next order is processed.
You can log into your customer account to amend the date of your next box or contact our team at customerlove@get-nourished.com who will be happy to help change the date for your recurring order.
How many stacks and boxes are included within my chosen subscription?
Each Nourished box contains 28 stacks, our monthly boxes will be shipped to you every 28 days. Our annual subscription offers includes 13 boxes shipped every 28 days to ensure you are completely Nourished throughout your subscription.
Annual and Bundle Subscriptions
All subscriptions of Nourished are processed via recharge to ensure your monthly boxes are processed with no interruptions. We have 3 different subscription options for you to choose from:
Flexible monthly subscription (ships & renews every 28 days)
3 monthly bundle (ships & renews every 84 days)
Annual bundle subscription (Ships every 28 days & renews every 12 months)
You can pause or cancel your subscription anytime up to 24 hours before your recurring order is due.
