Delivery & Packaging
How long does UK delivery take?
Please allow 7 working days from order for your Nourished stacks to be delivered. We make all stacks to order and this also includes shipping times. We currently ship all UK deliveries with EVRI. Once your item has been despatched, you will receive a notification direct from our courier with a delivery date & time.
Due to a high volume of orders, there may be a slight delay in receiving your delivery. Every Nourished order is made fresh, and our team is working hard to get your order dispatched as quickly as possible. Thank you for your patience and understanding!

What is the packaging made from?
We really do believe in helping our planet. During our search it was really important for us to have plastic free solution for our packaging. We finally found it here in the midlands, so it also has a very small carbon footprint ! Our individual packaging is made from Wood Pulp and all of our packaging is fully recyclable & home compostable. They can be added into your recycling bins, composted into your gardens or even added to landfill, our packaging biodegrades naturally within 40 weeks.
We don't deliver to
BFPO, US armed force basis or PO Boxes.
Delivery Delays
Due to the festive period and upcoming Bank Holidays, you may experience a slight delay in receiving your order. We are working around the clock to fulfil all orders, but the high volumes may impact on our processing times.
Why are you no longer shipping to the US?
Due to changes announced by the US government, the de minimis allowance for cross-border eCommerce shipments will be removed from 29th August 2025. This means every order shipped from the UK will now incur substantial fees (in some cases between $80–$200) and may face delays at the border. Unfortunately, this makes it impossible for us to continue shipping from our UK facility without passing on significant extra costs to our US customers, which we have always tried to avoid.
When will my subscription stop?
We will pause all US subscriptions on Friday 15th August 2025. This timing allows us to make and ship any final orders before the new regulations take effect.
Can I still get my Nourished stacks before the change?
Yes, any active subscriptions up until 15th August 2025 will be fulfilled and shipped before the new rules are enforced.
Will you be offering anything to customers affected by this change?
Yes. As a thank you for your loyalty and support, we would love to send you a complimentary one-time box of Nourished. To claim your gift, please email our Customer Love team at customerlove@get-nourished.com by 17th August 2025.
Is this goodbye forever?
Not at all. We are already working on solutions to resume US shipping as soon as possible, in a way that is cost-effective and accessible for our customers.
