Are they chewable?
Yes, our colgate stacks are extra chewy! We recommend you chew them for a 60 seconds for optimum results.

How many do I take per day?
We recommend you take one Nutristack per day.
Is this stack a subscription?
Our stacks are available either as a one off purchase or as a monthly 28 day subscription.
How do I cancel the Colgate subscription?
We have two options to cancel your subscription account. You can either log on to your account via our customer portal or reach out to one of our team, who are always happy to help at customerlove@get-nourished.com. **Standard subscription terms apply
When are my stacks going to be delivered?
We always advise to allow 7 days to receive your first box of Nutristacks. This allows us time to freshly print your stacks to maintain the efficacy of the products and shipping time. You will receive an alert from our shipping handler once your item has been despatched.
Do I still brush my teeth or take a stack instead?
Nutristacks are not meant to be used as a substitute for brushing and flossing your teeth.
Can I take Colgate stack alongside my normal stack?
Both Nourished and Nutristacks are safe to be taken together.
Do I need to avoid any foods/drinks whilst taking them?
We would always recommend to limit sugar and acidic food intake.
Can I double up with nourishments in my stack?
Yes absolutely, we have designed both stacks to compliment each other and both are safe to consume together
How do I maintain excellent oral health?
We would always recommend that you visit your dentist at least twice a year, limit sugary and acidic food intake, chew 1 Nutristack every day, brush twice a day and floss after brushing.
