'Nourished Insider' Full Terms & Conditions

  • If a Nourished Insider receives a product to test, they must leave a review within 7 days of receiving a product.
  • Products received as a Nourished Insider cannot be exchanged or refunded.
  • Nourished accepts no responsibility for products that are misused by panellists during the process of testing, or the results of this misuse.
  • If a Nourished Insider receives a product that is damaged, then the member can contact Nourished via customerlove@get-nourished.com, where Nourished will arrange for a replacement to be sent to them (subject to availability).
  • An existing Nourished Insider can be removed from the panel at any time by emailing their name and reason for leaving to customerlove@get-nourished.com
  • Samples received are for the Insider’s personal use only. Samples are not for onward sale. Nourished reserves the right to remove members from the panel if we believe that samples have been sold.
  • Nourished will provide a list of ingredients with each sample. Nourished does not accept responsibility for any side effects or allergies.
  • You consent to providing us with the information on the registration form and to us using that information in line with our Privacy Policy.
  • You consent to receiving communications from Nourished via telephone, SMS, social media and email
