As an agile, innovative start-up we are always looking for ways to improve our product range for our customers. So, when you recently told us that you thought our monthly boxes could be a bit smaller; we listened.
This week we are introducing our new streamlined, letterbox friendly eco packaging which will replace all subscription and one off boxes going forward. All new subscriptions will still receive our white boxes for their first delivery to display their Nourished stacks, but any ongoing orders will be delivered in our letterbox friendly packaging to minimise wastage and maximise convenience.
Your Feedback Matters
We originally designed our Nourished boxes to be able to display each stack individually as we thought the visibility would be useful. However, after launching late last year we received valuable feedback from our customers that they would prefer a smaller, more compact box for their Nourished stacks.
So, our design team began drafting up new packaging which would still reflect our premium brand, but which would also be much more convenient for deliveries and storage.
Sustainability
At Nourished we are passionate about sustainability and our responsibility to maintain a low carbon footprint is at the forefront of everything we do. Our new box is made from at least 90% recycled cardboard, which can be further processed or up-cycled many times.
The production process does not include any artificial glue, and even the ink used is vegetal (water-based). Furthermore, we researched extensively to find an ethical supplier based in the EU which means the greenhouse gas emissions to import the boxes is extremely low compared to cheaper suppliers further afield.
Easy Delivery
We know how much of a pain it can be when you miss your delivery. Our new box has been designed to easily fit through your letterbox, so you never need to worry about missing the delivery driver again. We will be using Royal Mail to deliver your new box rather than DPD, but you will still be able to see when it’s been shipped and delivered using the tracking number sent to you.

We are constantly looking for ways to innovate to make sure you are getting the most premium nutrition on the market.
