Subscription T&C's

We use Recharge to offer subscriptions of Nourished.

We have three subscriptions options available -

A monthly 28 day box (ships & renews every 28 days) 

A prepaid 3 month subscription (ships every 28 days & renews every 84 days) 

A prepaid annual subscription (Ships every 28 days & renews every 12 months)

You can pause or cancel your subscription anytime up to 2 days before your recurring order is due. We have two ways to cancel:

If you have registered for an online account, login and head to our subscription page.  You can make a cancellation request direct to our team.  You will receive a confirmation once the cancellation has been processed. Or reach out to our team at customerlove@get-nourished.com to make any amendments, updates and cancellations.

**Please note that no refund will be offered on prepay solutions**

Your subscription charge will be deducted from your chosen payment card dependent on your chosen option.  Subscriptions will auto renew until cancelled to make sure you keep getting your Nourishment's, unless you make any amendments to your subscription.


Delivery & Tracking

Free delivery over £15

All of our monthly Nourished subscription boxes are delivered via DPD. The cost of shipping within the UK is included in the cost of your subscription. For international deliveries, shipping will be added on at checkout. 

All of orders are made specially for you, with great care and attention.  We ask all our UK customers to allow 7 days to receive their Nourished box from point of placing their order. 

We are currently no longer shipping outside of the UK.  For US & Canada please use our US site to place your order. 

Our shipping handler will attempt delivery to your registered shipping address twice.  If the shipping handler is unable to make a delivery the items may be returned to us and additional shipping charges incurred.

Our stacks are personalised products therefore we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds unless faulty.  If the item you have received is faulty, please contact our team with your registered email address, order number and photos of the product.

Gift Card T&C's 

  1. All gift cards are to be redeemed through our website (get-nourished.com) as full or part payments for products.
  1. Each gift card is valid for 6 months from the date of issue
  1. One gift card is valid per person
  1. The gift card is not valid in conjunction with any other offer, discount or special promotion
  1. UK shipping is included within the value of each gift card
  1. The gift card cannot be exchanged for any cash or additional gift cards.
  1. The gift card is valid for one single transaction
  1. The gift card can be redeemed for one 28 day personalised Nourished box or one 28 day box from our Life stack collection.
  1. The gift card is non-transferable
  1. The gift card may not be sold or transferred
  1. All products are subject to availability and whilst stocks last
  1. The terms and conditions of each gift card shall/can be amended by Nourished at any time at the discretion of Nourished 
  1. No credit or monetary value will be given for any unused portion of the gift card at any time
  1. No replacement gift cards will be issued for lost, stolen or damaged cards
