Nourished Subscription Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to subscription purchases made through the Nourished website (www.get-nourished.com).

Please read these Terms carefully before placing an order. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

  1. Our Subscription Service

Nourished provides personalised vitamin and supplement subscriptions delivered to customers within the United Kingdom.

Subscriptions are processed via our subscription platform to ensure regular deliveries without interruption.

We offer the following subscription options:

  • Flexible Monthly Subscription (every 28 days)
  • 3-Month Bundle Subscription (every 84 days)
  • Annual Bundle Subscription (delivered every 28 days, billed annually)

Before completing your purchase, you will be clearly presented with:

  • the subscription price
  • delivery frequency
  • billing frequency
  • any applicable discounts

  1. Auto-Renewal and Payment

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled.

By purchasing a subscription, you authorise Rem3dy Health Limited to charge your chosen payment method on each renewal date.

👉 The auto-renewal nature of the subscription and the associated recurring payment obligations are clearly presented to you before purchase.

Payments will continue to be taken automatically until the subscription is cancelled.

You will receive an order confirmation email after completing your purchase.

For longer-term subscriptions (e.g. annual plans), we may send reminder notifications prior to renewal.


  1. Renewal Reminder Notifications

We may send renewal reminders, particularly for longer-term subscriptions.

These may include:

  • upcoming renewal date
  • renewal price
  • instructions on how to cancel or manage your subscription

Customers remain responsible for managing their subscriptions before the next order is processed.


  1. Managing Your Subscription

You can pause, amend or cancel your subscription at any time.

Changes must be made before the next order is processed to prevent the next shipment from being produced and dispatched.

You can manage your subscription by:

  • logging into your account
  • contacting customer support

Once processed, cancellation will apply to future orders not yet in production.


Order Production Cut-Off

Nourished products are manufactured specifically for each customer.

Once an order has entered production, it may no longer be possible to amend or cancel that order for the current cycle.


  1. Cooling-Off Rights

Under UK consumer law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your first delivery.

Where you have requested us to begin production during this period and personalised goods have been produced, we may deduct a reasonable amount reflecting work already carried out, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations.

This does not affect your statutory rights in relation to faulty or misdescribed goods.


  1. Prepaid Bundles

3-Month and Annual subscriptions are prepaid.

If cancelled early, you may be entitled to a pro-rata refund for any undelivered subscription periods, taking into account any promotional discounts applied.

Refunds will not be issued for deliveries already dispatched or consumed.


  1. Delivery

Delivery is available within the United Kingdom.

Delivery is free for orders over £15.

Orders are typically delivered within 7 days.

Delivery times may vary depending on production schedules or courier performance.

Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery to the address provided, in accordance with applicable consumer law.


  1. Returns and Faulty Goods

Due to the personalised nature of our products, returns for change of mind are not accepted once production has begun.

However, your statutory rights are not affected.

If goods are faulty, damaged or not as described, we will provide a replacement or refund.

We may request photographic evidence to support claims.

Nourished products are food supplements and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent disease.

They should not replace a varied diet and healthy lifestyle.

Customers should consult a healthcare professional where appropriate.

This may be processed using automated tools or algorithms to generate recommendations.
