How do I refer a friend?
If you love taking your Nourished stacks just as much as we love making them, you can Refer a Friend where you will both receive an exclusive discount. You will receive 1000 loyalty points (which you can redeem for money off your next subscription) and your friend receives £20 off their first order. Your friend must use the referral link for the points to be added to your account. Once your friend has made their first Nourished purchase it will take up to 48 hours for the points to show. Click here to create an account and sign up, or if you already have an account, simply sign in to your account and head to the Rewards section.
How do I view my Nourished Rewards points balance?
Your points balance can be found in your Account page at the top of the Rewards section.

What happens if a friend I refer cancels or returns their order?
Your pending points will be cancelled and will be removed from your points total.
I completed an action but I didn't earn points!
It can sometimes take up to 48 hours for us to process your action and provide your points. If you have any questions, please reach out to us at customerlove@get-nourished.com.
Loyalty Points Expiry
Please note that Loyalty Points earned through our Loyalty Lion Programme will expire if they are not redeemed within six months from the date they are awarded. To make the most of your points, we recommend checking your balance regularly and redeeming them for rewards before they expire. You can track your points via your account. If you have any questions about your points or their expiration, feel free to contact our customer service team.
Where do I enter my promo code?
Enter you promotional code on the check out page and it will automatically apply the discount, deducting the saving from the total purchase price of your Nourished box. Our promotional discount codes only apply to your first purchase of a monthly subscription unless otherwise specified. They do not apply to one off purchases, bundle subscriptions, or gifting products.
2 for 1 Promotion
2 for 1 offer is available on our monthly personalized subscription boxes. 2 boxes of your personalized Nourished stacks will be sent out to your chosen delivery address when a personalised monthly subscription is added to cart and the promotional code added at checkout.
Your next monthly subscription box will then be processed 54 days after your original purchase to ensure there is no interruption to you daily stacks.
