What is the difference between Nourished and Nourished Kids?
We have specifically chosen and tested a range of nutrients, supplements and superfoods that are suitable for children. We also have a range of different coatings and flavours to keep your small people interested in taking their daily stacks.
Is the dosage different on Nourished Kids to Nourished Adults
Yes, each ingredient has been adapted to be suitable for children
What age is Nourished Kids for?
Nourished kids is designed for children aged 4 - 17 years old.
Are there any allergens within Nourished Kids?
There are no allergens included within our Nourished Kids range.
Is Nourished Kids Sugar Free?
Yes, all of our stacks are completely sugar free. We use a natural sweetener erythritol to coat each stack and also sweeten with maltitol.
How many stacks should my child take per day?
Only one stack should be consumed each day. Taking multiple stacks can result in a laxative effect.
When is the best time of day for my child to take their stacks?
Nourished kids can be taken throughout the day, although some customers find it useful to take within their morning routine.
Can I change the nutrients included?

We always advise to speak with a medical practitioner before consuming any nutrients or supplements when there is a medical condition or you take prescription medication.
The appearance of each stack looks different
Our printers are calibrated to work on a rotation, all stacks will differ in appearance.
What do the stacks taste like?
We use natural flavourings and colours within each layer, sometimes the ingredients can be of stronger taste than others.
