Subscription T&C's

All subscriptions of Nourished are processed via recharge to ensure your monthly boxes are processed with no interruptions.  We have 3 different subscription options for you to choose from: 

Flexible monthly subscription (ships & renews every 28 days) 

3 monthly bundle (ships & renews every 84 days) 

Annual bundle subscription (ships every 28 days & renews every 12 months)

You can pause, amend or cancel your subscription anytime up to 24 hours before your recurring order is due. 

We have two ways to cancel:

If you have registered for an online account, login and head to our subscription page.  You can make a cancellation request direct to our team.  You will receive a confirmation once the cancellation has been processed. On your subscription page you can also make amendments to your subscription. Alternatively, reach out to our team at customerlove@get-nourished.com or SMS 07480 542896 (our number does not take incoming calls) to make any amendments, updates and cancellations.

Your subscription charge will be deducted from your chosen payment card 28 days after your first payment.  Subscriptions will auto renew until cancelled, unless you make any amendments to your subscription.

Delivery & Tracking

Free delivery over £15

All of our monthly Nourished subscription boxes are delivered via DPD. The cost of shipping within the UK is included in the cost of subscription. We recommend downloading the DPD app for specific updates and options to give further delivery information.

All orders are made specially for you, with great care and attention.  We ask all our UK customers to allow 7 days to receive their first Nourished box from point of placing their order. 

We are currently no longer shipping outside of the UK. For US & Canada please use our US site to place your order. 

Our shipping handler will attempt delivery to your registered shipping address twice.  If the shipping handler is unable to make a delivery the items may be returned to us, and additional shipping charges incurred. 

When shipping to the US on occasion the packages can get held up in customs. The parcel can be held in customs for up to 30 days which is out of our control however we will do anything we can to move it forward.

Returns/Refunds

Our stacks are personalised products therefore we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds unless faulty.  If the item you have received is faulty, please contact our team with your registered email address, order number and photos of the product. We kindly ask that you take 3 photographs if an item is damaged.

  • Clear photo of the courier's label.
  • Outside of the package.
  • Inside of the package.

 

All prepaid bundles (Annuals & Bundles) are non-refundable

If you have purchased from our 'Lifestack' range, please contact our team at customerlove@get-nourished.com who will be happy to assist with our return's procedure within 28 days of purchase.

Rewards and Loyalty

To access your loyalty account, you must first register your email and create a password. Once this has been completed, you will then have access to the reward section in which you can earn reward points. You will also be able to view your current reward points balance here too.

At any time and without prior notice, Nourished may change the available rewards by withdrawing, limiting, modifying, or cancelling the continued availability of a reward or the number of points required to obtain a particular reward or tier.

By signing up to our loyalty program, we may collect, hold, use, or disclose information internally about you in connection with your account, points, or rewards. Information may include personal information and transactional details relating to points earned and requests for rewards. We will use this information for purposes of our loyalty program to provide and market rewards and services to you.

Discount Codes

Our promotional discount codes only apply to your first purchase of a monthly subscription unless otherwise specified.  They do not apply to one off purchases, bundle subscriptions, or gifting products. Discounts are valid for the specified period of time.   One discount code per customer per transaction.
