This week Nourished officially turns one year old, and what a year it’s been! We’ve provided the world’s first truly personalised and 3D printed vitamins to thousands of people. We’ve Nourished the earth with thousands of our plastic free, wood pulp wrappers which are currently decomposing in thousands of gardens across the UK. We’re currently the highest rated vitamin product by verified purchases across Feefo and Trustpilot and we’ve adapted to a global pandemic by making free hand sanitiser and face masks for our customers, local community and key workers.
It goes without saying that we would not be where we are today without our amazing customers; but we’re going to say it anyway. In fact, we’re going to shout about it from our rooftop terrace in Birmingham! The trust, support and positive feedback we have received from our customers over the last 12 months has been nothing short of awesome, and we are so grateful.
Our customer’s health is at the heart of everything we do, and their opinions have a direct impact on our business. That’s why we’ve adjusted some of our flavour profiles based on their preferences, optimized our lifestyle questionnaire to better suit their needs and streamlined our packaging to make for easier deliveries. Our greatest achievements over the past year has been hearing about the positive impact Nourished has made on our customers. Whether it’s speeding up an aspiring athlete’s recovery time to help him achieve his performance goals, to giving a busy more mum more energy and help her feel more herself; their encouraging feedback is the driving force behind our business.
It’s All About The Journey
And what an extraordinary journey it’s been so far. From spending 18 months in our R&D labs prior to our launch - developing our innovative technology and unique ingredient formula, to closing the doors of our commercial office with the outbreak of COVID 19 so our team could work remotely; it’s been both challenging and rewarding. Our CEO Melissa’s favourite saying is, “If it was easy, everyone would do it!”, and we’ve certainly learnt the true meaning of that this year. We are incredibly proud of what we have achieved in just 12 months, and how our teams have pivoted, persevered, and remained passionate in the face of uncertainty and unprecedented change.
We’ve learnt a lot over the last 12 months, and we are so excited to translate that education into new product ranges and launches in the next year. We are going to continue to optimize our patented technology, add to our already extensive range of 28 vitamins, nutrients and super-foods and create some new and ultra Nourishing blends for our Life Stacks. On top of that, we are also developing an exclusive range of Nourished Kids and have some exciting plans to launch into new markets and with some very well-known and well-respected retail partners!
Our vision at Nourished has always been to disrupt the health and wellness market with our innovative and bespoke nutrition, and we are so grateful that our dream is now our reality.
